Our History
ECO HOOD has proudly served South Florida for over 20 years, providing services to nationally recognized establishments as well as locally owned restaurants from West Palm Beach to Marathon Key.
Previously operating under the name Ros Operating Grease Services, the company offered hood cleaning, mechanical work, filter exchange programs, and grease trap services. Following the pandemic, the company strategically restructured into three specialized businesses. Today, ECO HOOD focuses exclusively on commercial hood cleaning and mechanical services — allowing us to deliver greater focus, higher quality, and dependable service.

Jorge founded ECO HOOD after seeing firsthand how many commercial kitchens were at risk due to poor exhaust maintenance. His mission was simple: raise safety standards and provide reliable, professional service clients can trust.
